stock grand am se spoiler removal

i was seeing what my car would look like without the spoiler so i tried to take it off but i could,nt, i got the four screws in the inside of the trunk lit but it would just not come off, am i missin somethin here?

your not missing anything. the spoiler has some really strong 2 side tape holing it on there. you need to heat it up with a heat gun then pull up on it. just dont pull really hard as you might dent the trunk. Thats all I did to get mine off.

Try using a heat gun or a hair dryer with strong fishing wire

There will be four holes. Ugly is in the eye of the beholder....

I just used silver vinyl to cover mine then put silicone on the inside. have not had it leaking yet, and its been 5 months now
