I have driven the car around few times since it the nice weather is here.

I have been noticing hairline cracks in the bumper - do you think the bumper is done :???:

Let me know if you can't see them

Some of that looks like an excess of something, primer, filler, resin. Are the cracks flush or can you feel them?

I agree it looks like someone did a fast/cheap job on that. Where they there before?

I really don't know if it is an excess. I can feel the cracks.

I may be wrong and it's just the picture, but the first one looks like it's just runs, you could try lightly sanding it if it seems like runs IRL.

how much bondo did you use on that? where's the build link for your bumper again?

No bondo but the tubes that are made of ABS plastic material - used for bumper molds. The first bumper used duraglass and bondo - went with something better and went with a body shop to finish the work. The car will be going back in the next week or two to get fixed up and possibly changing those corners on the hood.

Welcome to the world of fiberglass body kits... this is the type of stuff you'll be dealing with frequently.

That's what I was thinking... did you have some of the original lines of this fascia filled?

No, the second time I actually used the original bumper instead of an EBAY bumper. Well see how bad it is in 2 weeks. I will keep everyone updated.

Try sanding them with somewhat fine grit paper, see if that takes them out.

Found this yesterday before taking car to get inspected. Luckily I didn't get it painted. Anyone know how this happened? It is under a car cover.

did you use a sealer primer? looks like moisture could be getting in making the bubbles.

^x2, is that just raw primer or did you seal it? Primer likes moisture.

Primer likes moisture.

:agree: primer absorbs moisture.

I had a feeling it was from water - I never drove it in rain.

Snows melting, the air is damp, any of that could have gotten under the car cover and got trapped.
