Silly question about taillights - 01 GA

I can't believe I have to ask this... but better safe than sorry:

I need to replace the circit board my taillights plug into, but I can't find just that piece. All I can find is the entire taillight assembly. The e-bay auctions I've looked at don't specify they contain this piece, and the sellers I've asked haven't responded. So I guess my question is: do you think these auctions contain that crucial piece?

I would imagine that if it was sold as the entire assembly, it would contain all parts except maybe the bulbs. If your interested I have a sest I'm selling in this thread: http://www.gaownersclub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=89637 They have everything but the bulbs.
