White Rims on a White Car, Too Much???

I'm still a long way out from purchasing rims, I'm just trying to get some opinions. So, would white rims on a white car look pretty good, or would it be too much white?

I was originally gonna go with black rims and then I realized today that there's not a whole lot of white cars riding around on white rims. Or at least not that I have seen.

I think it would depend on the rim but pick some out and post in the photoshop section and someone can chop those for you so you can see what they would look like.

Not exactly. I had white 17s back when I had my 97 SE and they were pretty easy to keep clean (if I washed the car every week at least :D)

Go for it. I think a nice 16" or 17" five spoke wheel would look killer. Black car + black rims = good. White car + white rims = good. But what about other colors?

i know silver cars with silver rims look good. i also remember years ago seeing a 92-95 GAGT sedan that was blue with blue painted stock rims. i thought it looked alright.

i'm purchasing a second pair of white wheels for my car this summer. most likely 18's and yes they are a pain in the a$$ to keep them clean. so basically watch the weather and make sure there is NO rain of anykind in the forecast because you will be out there right after to clean them agian. but i'm keeping white on white. not many people have it

years back when i had my 93 gt, it had the white factory wheels on it . never changed them ,i liked them and everybody that i knew did as well. but as with everthing appearance wise should be your opinion,its what defines you and your ride. makes it yours :D

I was thinking about painting the spokes of my silver GT wheels white to go with the body. Not the whole wheel, just the center and spokes.
