Was recently looking at the Zune fourms, yes I have a Zune and I saw someone had set up their DVD Nav system to run there Zune video through the DVD screen. I would like to do this any sugesstions on what DVD set up I should get for my GA? I like the double din set up and I want it to have a touch screen pluse min 2 pre amp out rather 3 but 2 would work also needs to have a A/V in plug on it. been looking at Pioneer and Sony any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not a fan of of Sny equipment at all. If it were me, I'd stick with Pioneer if those are your only two options. I love my Kenwood unit and run my iPod video through it, but that's personal preference. I'd imagine that most, if not all, in-dash DVD systems are going to have an A/V input, so I doubt that would need to be much of a concern. Do you have a budget in mind?

I'm looking at between 500.00 and 700.00 for the deck then new speakers amps and either a single 10 inch sub or a dual. Can't take a lot of trunk room up do to the fact I need room in the trunk for emergancy gear and such becuase I'm gonna be doing some traveling with my job here in Alaska and would hate to get stuck in the middle of no where and not have the gear. :D

Ok, well I'm a fan of the flip-out models only because I can make it less obvious that I've got an $800 deck and I didn't have to worry about my Kenwood 617 fitting in the dash, but if you're set on double din at $500-$700 then you've got a few options. Were you already looking at a specific Pioneer or Sony deck? Everyone will have different opinions on brands, and if you can get to a local shop and test some out that would be ideal since, for the most part, the interface is going to be one of the biggest differences. Here are a few options just looking quickly online:

Sony XAV-W1 (http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=18484)
Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD (http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=19544)
Kenwood DDX6019 (http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=16941)
Kenwood Excelon DDX8017 \RB (http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=17160)

Again, I'm sure there are plenty more out there, but those are the ones I would probably think about if I were in your shoes (minus the Sony).
