I need to know what you think about replacement speakers in a 2000 GA SE, it has the six speaker setup (2, 4x6's-2, 6x9's, 2,1" tweets) and I plan on adding some low end "as in subs" I was thinking about going with PYLE all the way, I listen to metal and electronica mostly so i need a versitile system, plus PYLE has good stuff for the price, but I'm only sayin that because that's what I had in my s-10 and people liked it alot, I had all PYLE Gear mids and highs and a PYLE Dryver 12" sub ran mono or a Dryver 3600 watt amp, I've never had anything exept pyle, so gimme some of your thoughts on this, "I plan on changing the front 4x6's to 6.5's" and I was thinking maybe a single 15" PYLE Dryver ran mono for the low end, but I can't make up my mind between two 12's one 15" or two 15" subs, so yeah...lets hear some suggestions, thanx
P.S. Sry about runing those threads throug the wrong places...I'm Kinda Slow lol:lol:

My suggestion would be to use anything but Pyle.

+1
I would also suggest 5.25" or 6.5" instead of using 4x6" speakers in the front like you said. Components would be your best option but save up a little more and get a better quality speaker.

for the fronts, i would recommend a set of Elemental Designs eDi 600S. I'm saving up for a pair right now. A friend of mine put them into his neon and his explorer and they sound amazing.

They also have tons of subs available that are amazing for the price. Next time I re-do my system (after i save up the money) It's going to be all Elemental Designs.

if budget is what u are lookin at then go with a good quality component set for the front since they are the ones that make the most difference im runnin powerbass 5.25's in the front they run bout 180.00 well worth it then spend the other 120 on a decent pair of 6x9's that u can seperate the tweeter wire at the magnet for hi, low seperation
