i installed a switch under my steering wheel to turn my subs on/off.

Ancona had one in his old GA in the slot under the 1 DIN radio, he made it from a spare DVD case.

I used Plexiglass and painted it black to match my interrior

I used to work at officemax, designed a 2x10 nameplate from my stamp company, picked my color and got it all engraved nicely... if you go that way, pay the extra few bucks to make it 2x11, 10" barely stayed put.

ok BIGJOE i dont have that kind of money....but thats nice as hell. I was looking at the one for under the H/U and i found some colored ones on the net. I also like the poket switch that cjmeyers has but i have my whole police strobe light switch box in there.....so i also have a new idea for one in the middle console....i would just have to do it and show you....its hard to explain. Thanks guys for the pics and given me an idea.

Oh yeah. PORTMAN I already have a switch under my steering wheel for my subs....that was the first switch i put in. Thanks again guys...

:lol: Thanks for the compliments but the money thing......... I'm not driving a 94 Grand Am cause I have alot of money laying around. Be surprised how cheap things are if you do it yourself. The most expensive thing in that picture is the head unit. I got it used off a friend of mine for $300. The TV was like 60 bucks on ebay. The rest is just cheap switches, fiberglass, and spray paint.
