I know that the Intrax may seem better, but this is my daily driver. I dont want to be to low in the winter. Anybody lowered in the snow? Any problems, which kit you have and maybe a pic in the snow? Thanks

A few members have Intrax for daily driving, even in the winter. No problems, just be careful. If you drive on alot of roads that have drifts or don't get plowed right away, you may not want to be as low as Intrax, about 2" when settled. Eibach has a better ride from what I've heard too, so if you want low I'd go Sprint.

My 95 was lowered 2" (Intrax) and driven daily in central PA winters when I was in college. No problems at all.

I'll be driving mine in the winter and i just installed a 2" drop. the lowest part of the car is right by the tires on the bumpers and rockers on the GT body.

my car doesn't see snow much anymore but when it did it handled the show just fine and rides just as well  on eibach from me. but i have hear good about intrax aswell. so it comes down to your choice. i hear that some places are out of stock and back ordered on intrax so that might be a factor aswell

just tellin you what i know, erie roads are not the best, and neither are the drivers. id say get a winter car and then get the drop, if you can afford to get a winter car, as i know i cant :(

but either way, a drop would be sheer insane. :)

I'll recommend a nice happy medium and go Sprint or H&R, both are in-between for drop, though Sprint does settle quite a bit. Just a warning, H&R and Intrax both have somewhat rough rides from what I've heard, about like riding on old struts.

ive had H&R or other cars and other than eibach, they were the closest to stock ride feel.

John (Ralph) told me that they were the harshest ride before Intrax was popular with GAs, I'm going off what he said. Maybe Josh will come on and give his opinion on them, I believe he had them. Dave too.

I will say that the H&R were firm but in a very good way. My car had 145k on it when I dropped it and it was like a whole new beast. They dropped a decent amount but on my white car it was pretty hard to tell. All in all if I was to drop the car again Id put in H&R again.

Plus I got them on cardomain for pretty cheap!! Got to search for a coupon code!

Can anyone give me a link to the 2" drop Intrax springs? I keep googling it and I only find them for the 95-98 GA's. Thanks.
