Help!!!

hello everyone this is my first post on here but i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find a manual trans for my 87 SE....
i have the 3 litre engine.... i would be looking for everything i need to swap over to stick and would appreciate any help i could get.... also what would be some good ways to boost the horsepower in my ride????

try ebay for a manual, or a dealership.
