I think ima buy some 500Watt Kickers. I was looking around on circuity.com and bestbuy.com

Can someone point out some good car stereo's under $200 that'll support the speakers and the 400Watt amp? Thx.

Also I'm looking for a good car security system as well.

What kind of Kickers are you looking at? I have that HU and a 12" CVX.

Use Crutchfield as a reference, not a price guide if money is an obstacle, they seem to overcharge a bit but it also includes everything needed to hook it up, which is about $30 or so.
Looks at brands like:
Alpine
Pioneer Premier
Kenwood Excelon
Eclipse
They all have good models for under $200, more models are available if buying from eBay and using a seller at or above 99% feedback.

I think you meant "I'm going to buy" not "ima buy". ;)

as far as headunits... your being pretty vague. Nearly any headunit with a set of preouts will be able to power 4 speakers and allow an amp for subs to be installed. If your considering adding a 4 ch amp in the future for your interior speakers then you might want to look for a deck with front, rear and sub pre outs, that way you'll pretty much have full adjustability over your system.
