CAI Information Request(HOW-TO!?)

I know there are many posts pertaining to the building and installation of a custom CAI. However I am still left fairly confused and wish to put one in my car. I am wondering if anyone out there can produce or point me in the direction of step by step, how-to instructions for a 3400. I need alot of information and it is alot to ask if I am not just overlooking a previous post but it would be very helpful to myself and others. Any info would be awesome.
