Are the airconditioning gauges below the radio supposed to light up when the light are on or do they not have lights behind them? Thnis is on a 93 grand am. Thanks

Yes they're supposed to light up.

I don't know how it is on the '93 but on the '99+ it's a pain when these lights burn. You can't change them, they're soldered to the board.

the 95 era's don't have lights. just pull the knob straight off and you should be able to see if there is a bulb or not..
