Your computer will have to be flashed for boost as well , the stock program won't work ... ;)

Make sure you steal EVERYTHING.
There are brackets and other things you will need.

you definitely want the charger, all lines, brackets, injectors... you may wanna ask how much for the whole car, tow it out, pull off everything you need and then re-sell them the car as scrap

get the brackets that hold the s/c on, the injectors, the spark plugs, the starter, the pcv blockoff plate, the brake booster line that connects to the throttle body, the belt, and the bolts that hold the intake mani/sc to the head.

^^What he said. You do not need the fuel pump. Hell i'm on the 2.6" pulley and i'm running stock fuel pump & 370cc's just fine

You'll need to deal with tuning... cannot use the reprogram nor the high-impedance injectors from the kit.

Besides the charger, make sure you get all the brackets...
1. Upper snout support
2. Lower snout support
3. Lower "H" shaped support
4. Upper "Adidas" bracket
You'll also need the idler pulley and PCV baffle plate. Everything else would be useful, but you could get away with not having.

Don't forget to grab the 00+ starter from the donor too.

99 LD9 PCM cannot be reflashed with the GM SC retune. HP tuners is required.

Technically you don't know that... "just fine" would be a major assumption considering you blew an engine already. It might not have been completely the fault of the empty methanol injection tank or the tune.
Here's my rule of thumb with the GM SC kit...
Using smaller pulley than stock? Upgrade the fuel pump.
Using an AFMU/AFPR? Upgrade with fuel pump.
Using the stock pulley and extra fuel is delivered via larger injectors + retune + 2 bar MAP? Can get away with stock fuel pump.
But the fuel pump on that donor car is likely to be stock... therefore don't need.

damn man snag that dude. you can always sell if you don't. depending on how stripped the car is it shouldn't be pricey to pick up the whole thing

so i got the sc off the car and took it home got it all cleaned up and got all the other parts cleaned. my good friend who owns a 2000 z24 cavalier came over and really wanted it so i asked him what he would give me for it. long story short i know have a 1988 mazda rx7 turbo 2 sitting in my garage :D with a blown motor but thank you all for the help you gave me in getting everything off the car i still have a few misc parts off the cavalier which will probably go up for sale in the next day or two
thanks again everybody
