The orange s-dime is my boys truck, its stock floor bodydropped on 20's... the 2 trucks down from him are 2 guys from the "no regrets" car club we met up there for the show... deffinetly some sick trucks

im supprised i didnt either... i got beat by a g6 that as far as i could tell was stock on the outside except for a nice 2 tone faded paintjob and lowered with some rims. and the interior of it was done up a little bit but nothing too extravagant. i guess the judges saw something in it that they liked more than mine... no biggie tho, its all in fun.

thats one of my biggest regrets... when i got the car painted i didnt know i was going to be taking it to a show car level... so i wasnt really worried about it... but im working on gettin a new paintjob and if an when i do that will be the first thing to go.

It'll look 10x cleaner with the door smooth. Also, are those vinyl overlays on the headlights? Or were they painted?

Painted... i had vinyls and i couldnt stand the look of them so i painted them.

i still love your car even with it in second place. my dads 2006 GTO got second place at a show once to a bone stock 2005 Mustang GT so i guess judges have weird tastes

yea, thats the one... i never really went and checked it out so honestly i dont know what it had done to it.... its deffinetly a nice car from what i can tell... i cant be upset up taking 2nd place to it... if it won first place it obviously deserved it.

nice car. i know how you feel about not taking first, my grand am never placed in any of its car shows, but always won in audio competitions. sometimes the judging is political. I dig black, but if you want to win shows it needs to have some color in the paint, G6 is a case and point.

Itll also help you in shows if you look around at other cars. you will be surprised at the ideas youll get from other rides.
