Which should I order from? They both sell the same stuff at the same prices. The only advantage that either has is that CustomGrandAm is located in New York, so I might get my stuff quicker if I go with them

... you should go to whom ever you feel most confortable with as the two you have mentioned both have good reputations as shown by the many comments found throughout the board ... on the other hand, Grafxwerks does helps 'us' out by having a Banner Ad :wink4:  :kidding: ... as well, you should do yourself a favor and take a look at http://www.customautoaccents.com and http://www.alterimpact.com to see what they have for you ...

GrafxWerks all the way! The quality is much better than Custom's (and yes I have ordered from Custom, had a problem with my order, as well). The products and customer service are both the best I've ever seen. Pay through paypal and you'll have your orders in no time.

I have ordered from both places and I am satisfied with both of them. Their products are not 100% the same. For instance I wanted to get bright red vinyl to fill in PONTIAC letters on rear bumper. I didn't want to get reflective ones. While Grafxwerks only offered reflective bright red, customGA had regular bright red. So if you are getting a bunch of stuff, try both places and support them.

Ive delt with CustomGrand Am and i will agree that he got my order to me quick(i live in OH) and to get things quick here from anywhere seems to be slow but an order from him. But I'd still try and get things from the others.Right now i have an order on its way to me from Alter Impact and it should be here in a day or too and he replies quickly(within 24 hours or sooner)So all these places do a great job so you won't lose by going to either one.

They don't have regular bright red for the rear bumper lettering. All they have is reflective.

I go with David over at customgrandam.com... he has always done really good work with all the custom vinyl I have on my car and the stuff at grafxwerks always ends up being too much.... but vinyl is vinyl. I wish I knew how they do that stuff!!

I get all my vinyl from Ryan over at GrafxWerks and I've always been very pleased. He too sent me replacements for something I messed up free of charge.
THAT'S good customer service :D
