Its been taken care of well, and is really clean.
Once I have money again, I plan on putting in a sounds system, and maybe some simple performance things such as k&n air filter, maybe an exhaust.

Looks to be in good shape. That's one helluva nice first car you got there. Treat it right and it'll return the favor. Since you mentioned you're broke (and 15), my advice would be to skip the mods for now. That's a nicer car than most kids your age will have, and in a few short years you'll be off to college. Take the money you'd spend on mods and put it towards your education. You'll thank me later.

Yes, your 100% right. Those are nearly the exact words of my dad.
Im proabably going to wait a while. Im sure my senior year I will do a little to it, but nothing expensive, or that noticable.

nice car. youll regret it for a first car i think, because i was given a 96 taurus, in mint body condition, but it was a ford and carried with it the constant breaking down every week. i beat the crap out of it too not helping the fact ;). but the reason i think youll regret it is with a first car, most people learn whats what and have a blast instead of parking clear at the end of parking lots and doing a full inspection everytime you come back to see if theres a new scratch like i do now. haha but heyy, awesome investment, i dont regret it, and am still paying mine off. but have fun, and please get a beater to horse in rather than beat up that nice GA :)

I hate it when kids have nicer cars than I have. Treat it with respect and it will give you many enjoyable miles.

not neccessarily. my GA is/was my first (drivable) car. ive had it for two years, since i was 16 and i always park in the furthest parking space and i almost NEVER park next to anyone i take really good care of it because of it being my first big investment.
btw, beautiful car! damn good mileage for a 2001!

Yeah, I like it a lot, I hope to drive it alonnnggg time.
and im pretty sure a loan is out of the question, for sure.
Me and my brother run a local sweet corn business. I've done it ever since I was knee high. We sell nearly 100dz a day, which is $250 a day, sadly sweetcorn doesnt grow in Ohio year 'round. Its a lot of hard work, but it was deffinently (sp?) worth it

Welcome to the GAOC, and learn our ways! Ill start by shamelessly echoing the others here:
Dont.Put.Your. Nice.Car. Into.A. Ditch. (or other GA-destroying piece of matter)
In better language, treat your GA better than I treated my first ride.
PS.I almost forgot the important part, buy a Haynes Manual for it . Now.
Happy driving!

Wow, what a clean first car! You lucked out, my first ride was a 95 Dodge Intrepid, while it was in good shape, it took me awhile to get it brand new looking. As for mods, it's up to you. I mean, you're only 15, you probably don't have a lot of stuff to pay for (bills and such). The best bang for the buck IMO, is intake and exhaust. You can easliy make your own true CAI or short ram intake with about $45 and an afternoon off. As for exhaust, find out what type of muffler you want with some exhaust tips, and have a muffler shop weld it up (The V6 uses 2 1/4 pipes, so stick with that size to save cash) Do it that way and it'll cost no more than $180. Good luck with your GA! :D

Yes, its really clean.
It has an UGLY stain on the drivers side floorboard. Im not sure what it is, but its the only noticeable interior defect. Its a dark brown, im not sure what it is. Any Ideas on how to get it out?

Probably coffee... Try rug cleaner or maybe a steam cleaner. New floor mats if you can't remove it.

No, its not on the floor mats. Its on the, side of the carpet towards the door, right underneath the dead pedal where it curves.
I used some of this carpet cleaning soap stuff, that was randomly in my dads shop, it seemed to take it out some, but I think a couple more doses of that, and it should do the trick.
