EDIT: I just want to say, it's really a fairly nice kit overall. If I was looking for a kit like that, I'd probably try to work with you on a price, but I'm trying to go with something a bit more subtle, preferrably the SC/T kit...

I asked the guy about that (his car on eBay) and he said they did NOT get his permission to use his car pics but he didn't care either IIRC

I know the guy and there would not be a problem with him using the photo of the car. The pictures are linked to an ebay account which the owner knows that they are using his pictures of his car. If you do a search on EBAY for that kit, there are a few diffrent people using his pics..
