I'm trying to figure out a good color to use on the car, back bumper filler, stuff like that.

Been playing around with a picture and I noticed the red looks nice as a bumper filler.

Gold as a badge V6 overlay or maybe red?

As for the third brake overlay, I really want to put Grand Am on the back, I was thinking gold against black?

Maybe red overlay black bumper? Gold overlay with red or maybe black? Which would look better

Please help

I say go with black for the pontiac overlay and debadge the trunk.

As for the 3rd brake light... go with gold so there is flow.

Yeah if you are going to get Grand Am for the third break overlay, debadge the trunk.

or I could just tint the overlay light, and black overlays? I'm not sure I want to debadge the trunk though. Or maybe the pontiac overlay light, black overlays? Maybe thats too much? Just throwing some ideas around, before I do anymore. Better safe then sorry

Tinted black light, red overlays for the badges and black for the pontiac overlay?

Or I could debadge the trunk, go with gold for the third brake light, black pontiac overlay and black badges for the V6?

Just a little eerie about debadging the trunk, has anyone ever debaged the trunk and did it look good?

I think you shodul stick with one color for the inlays, go with either black or red, not both, both will look too busy IMHO. and yeah Debadge, it'll look great :)

Your right, lets see red would look good on there, so would black, decisions decisions :p

Reflective or non reflective?

i like non reflective cause its not to flashy. Id say go with black PONTIAC overlay and gold 3rd brake light. it'll look the cleanest IMO.

Maybe I can go with black chrome overlays with the V6 Chrome mirror badges? I like shiny :D

Or plain black could work too.

I had black reflective inlays on the sides of the doors of my 96 SE, I loved the look

Thats ok, I already decided to stay with black even though yeah I knew red would look good too.

Hey where did you buy your tints for your headlights and taillights?

i got the headlight covers from a brother GA'er here on GAOC , I custom tinted my taillight and third brake light with a tinting spary paint called VHT. If you Google VHT spray tinting you will find what your looking for.Good luck and thanks for not going red I was hopeing I would have a one of a kind red and gold GA , but if you do decide to go with red I dont blame you I think it looks great!! hell it works for me.

Nah thats ok I already ordered the decals :D

Interesting about the paint though? Does the paint cause the headlights to dim any? Just wondering. At work I did see someones car with the dark tint on his/her headlights. Not sure who the car belongs to, I work for a very large company

Is this what your referring to about the paint? Not a bad of a price :D
