Upper Intake Manifold

I am replacing the upper intake manifold on my car. I was wondering if i had to get the Upper and lower gaskets or just the upper gaskets??:???:

Just the uppers. That and a TB gasket.

Awesome thanks alot. I went and got another UIM powdercoated black and polished the 3400 SFI, going to put it on tonight and didnt know what all i needed to replace. Thanks
