buying car, need help

My brother is looking and buying a car. We have found a nice red 2004 grand am se. The only problem is that it doesn't have a traction control button next to the hazard light button like my 2000 grand am.
The question that I was wondering is if it still has traction control even if it doesn't have a button, and if you just can't turn it off. This is the only problem that I noticed.

Nope. No button, no traction control.

Check for ABS, relative to safety and lower insurance rates.

One reason to leave-out TC is the fact that ABS Wheels Speed Sensors (also necessary for the computer to detect Traction loss) aren't included.
