i had a very bad experience with them, i ordered a wheel since one of mine was bent. i have the chrometechs, well when i got it they sent me the torqued wheel instead. i called up and asked to return it for the right wheel. they gave me a hard time. it took about 2-3 weeks for them to send me a label that i could return it. on top of that i had to pay the shipping to send it back. instead of exchanging it, i demanded my money back since they started insulting me over the phone because of there mistake. blaming me that i didn't order the right wheel. because of this i will never buy from them again.

I've never used them, but I read countless horror stories dealing with them, exactly how it is described above. However I have read a few good stories too, so check around. At one time I was going to buy from them but decided against it, went with Rockauto.com instead.

I donno, I ordered my msd wires, pacesetter exhaust and a few other orders and never had an issue. It must be hit or miss.

They're a pretty good company, and I've ordered from them about 20 times in the past. The only time I've ever had an issue is if the part is out of stock. For some reason, it takes them a week to figure out that the part is out of stock, and another week after that for them to notify you. Other than that, all of my purchases with them have been pretty good.
