i went to hobby lobby today which is an arts and craft store by the way, and i was hoping to find a model of a GA no luck. They like every car possible but no GA, anyone ever seen one or know where to get one, i think it would be sweet to have a model of my car. :)

Someone has got to make them. It seems like every other car has been made in minature form.

unfortunatly i am pretty sure no company makes any. You guys might want to try what someone over at aleromod.com is doing for us. he has contacted a copany to make them(i think 1:43 scale) for us for 20 dollars. I think you need at least 50 orders to do it.

Here is the thread

I would be interested in buying a Die Cast if we can get enough people.

I got a place in Saskatoon Sask to make a Die Cast model of my car. It looks awesome. in the center consul I took off the cover installed a piece of plexi glass, and inside put my model of my GA surrounded by mirrors. It looks so awsome. I will post pics once I develop Film

i read the post on aleromod and seems as though they want a hot wheel, but i want a 1:16 size model, like the ones you put together, not a hotwheel. that is what i have been looking for.

yea, i know what you meant. i was just saying that is the closest thing I have seen any n-body. 1:43 is actually larger than a hotwheel i think.

I can't find one either. I have been looking since I got my GA in 2001. Nothing is out there. Maybe is enough of us write to one of the companies they might think about it.

I've been building models for a long time and believe it or not, they did make a Grand Am. It was an old School rwd from the 70's in 1:43 scale though. I believe they may have also had a few old school drag car Grand Am models too. But as far as anything from 85-present time body styles no Grand Am kits :-(

yea 1:43 is bigger then hot wheels,i have those Modifiers car things(yes i know little ricer cars) but those are 1:60 something and they are still bigger then hot wheels. But id deffly would be down for a diecast GA,perferably the 1:16 die cast.

I'd kill for a 1:24 diecast model. Maybe it will happen now that Grand Ams are out of production.

Yeah, it would have to be a SC/T diecast model for me... 1:24 preferable of course. I don't understand why they don't have them. I mean I saw a Colorado and a Canyon already in diecast... GEEZ!

Heck, I'd take a Grand AM SE model at this point. I've actually seen models of Geo Metros! I couldn't believe it!

Do you have a link for it? My brother collects those little Zip Zaps and he wants a GA.

there was a diecast GA race car that they made over the last few years in limited production. every once ina while i see it on ebay. there was one summit racing one and another one as well. i have been so tempted to buy it, but id rather have one thats like mine, not a race car.
