Yeah I mean, you'd really just have to look in the yellow pages for your local automotive paint store

To answer the other part of your question, you can expect to use at least 3 quarts and prolly at least a quart of clear. Now i'm no expert, but that was the give or take when I got my car done

Also, a midnight metallic blue isn't going to cut it. If you want a color off another car, you can look up that car's paint code and from there i'm sure you can find somewhere online to buy. Otherwise, when you are at the local paint store, they'll give you a book w/ every color ever made for every car, and if you can't find what you want out of that, then you are talking about a custom mix

but to answer your question about the amount you will need will all depend on the color and what color your going over. Also are you doing jambs or just a scuff and spray?? Any question just hit me up i work at PPG so ill help you out the best i can. Peace
