Hey guys, as I was searching around for polyurethane bushings for my '00 GAGT, I was sad to notice that I couldn't find a poly bushings kit for this model year. Energy Suspension says they will probably not be making a kit for that model either. They do make one for models up to 98. Anyway, I emailed the company asking if they would make one, and the guy responded saying if they get a lot of requests they may put something together.
If you're interested, email this guy and let him know that you want a poly bushing kit for your 99+ GA and maybe we can get him to do it!

I am really interested, and I hope some of you will be too! Spread the word.

hi, i'm new to this site. it seems really good, yet i'm going to need some help with my grand am. all help would be greatly appreciated. i have a 93 grand am gt. i've installed energy suspension end links on the frt sway bar. the bushings are coming monday, so is the ractive strut tower brace. i'm riding on gabriel vst struts on the frt and rear. smoothing out the bumps is a eibach pro kit. i had noticed the car didn't have a rear sway bar, alias fe3 option code. my car is an fe2. so off to the junkyard i go. i find a buick skylark, year 92, with fe3. frt and rr sway bars and electronic struts and shocks. i automatically snatch the rr sway bar and all necessary hardware, pay my measly 12.00 and head home. the tragic part is, the energy suspension listing for the rear states 87 - 93, 17- 19 mm thick sway bar bushings. my bar in the rear is 23mm!!!! so far energy suspension hasn't written back to me. i thought i made a mistake measuring it, but it's 23mm on the money. the frt is 28mm. i'm hoping when i bolt it in she'll handle nice, but i'd like to get polyurethane bushings for the rear, if not i'm stuck with the stock ones. any help would be appreciated. ps. all you guys with 3300's i'm trying to figure out what would be the easiest cold air induction kit to make. there are a lot of converted ones out there, some i've seen that are really good, but i feel the shortest distance to the throttle body is a straight line. the 3300 has enough room, if you had to, you could convert to an 88 old calais with the quad four style air cleaner. another version i was working with, is using the factory air box,(which looks awfully restrictive), adapting the earlier grand am 2.5 air cleaner duct from the radiator support, to the lower air cleaner boot on the 3300. that woven sock deal was to be melted off with a heat gun, and a pipe, or flexible hose adapted to the factory lower boot assembly. i'm still tooling around with both ideas, or designing a whole unit altogether. i'll keep you posted on progress. help with bushings would be great. keep up the good work guys. this is a nice site also, right next to gmperformance tunig. talk to you soon
