My daughters car overheats after new water pump, radiator,thermostat{3}, hoses, etc. i have not ever worked with a radiator like this. Purging maybe? How do you do that? THANKS

The coolant system air bleed pipe is located on the metal pipe coming from the top of the water pump. This is where you bleed the air from the cooling system

2003, sorry to bring this back from the dead, but i am researching anything to do with coolant and high temps. where exactly is this bleed thing at and how do i go about using it properly

It's just above the plug wire for cylinder 2 on the front of the engine. You will see a pipe going across the engine just in front of the valve cover. On the left hand side (facing the engine) the pipe takes a 90 degree turn going down. On this 90 degree elbow there are what appears to be two nuts. Using a 10mm wrench hold the bigger one while loosening the smaller 7/8 mm nut. This is how you bleed the air out of the coolant system on the 3400 motors.
