prolly totalled if theres damage to the unibody. If its just the bumper, fenders, headlights, and hood, maybe not.

Not sure where my headlight went... flew somewhere..

Basically I was clear to turn into a driveway to turn around when some ass in their SUV flew outta his driveway. so he made it so I turned into him.

Yes, sorry, everyone is fine, I'm starting to get sore and I am sure the kids will be too.

Yeah, looking at the first pic again, there is sibstancial front end damage. Probably enough to write it off.

Same thing happened to Kim last March. She was backing out of a driveway while turning around and a big extended cab truck backed out of another driveway, didn't see her and totaled our '94 Ciera.

Glad to hear that everyone is OK. Sore comes with every crash, do some self medication.

Notify your lawyer, you have 30 days to file if need be. You might feel OK now but who knows how you and the kids feel in a few days.

Worst part is, on top of my car, which is MUCH worse shape than this (he'll need a new door and fender) he was yelling at me... right is front of the kids... what a jerk, he was my age - thought he might be a little more mature.

To me, it doesnt look all that bad; as long as the frame is intact, the rest is easily repairable.
